The market cost in the United States of a cochlear implant device, implant surgery, and follow-up therapy ranges from $75,000 to $100,000. The Help Me Hear Foundation, however, will be able to provide impoverished deaf children with a cochlear implant for just $7,000. In other words, with your help, we will be able to provide SEVEN deaf children with a cochlear implant for what it would otherwise cost ONE.
